Application Terms & Consent Agreement

By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following terms, which will apply if I am accepted into the Vibe Your Code Bootcamp:1. Program ParticipationIf accepted, I agree to participate respectfully and constructively in all group sessions, 1:1 calls, and community interactions throughout the 8-week program.2. Recording ConsentIf accepted, I understand that all group coaching sessions and some 1:1 calls may be recorded for educational and internal use. I consent to being recorded and to these recordings being made available to current and future students inside the program.3. No Refund PolicyIf accepted and I choose to enroll, I understand that all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be provided regardless of participation, attendance, or personal circumstances.4. Conduct & Removal PolicyIf accepted, I agree to maintain respectful behavior toward the instructor and fellow students. I understand that inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or unsafe conduct may result in my removal from the program, community, and all calls with no refund.5. Intellectual PropertyIf accepted, I will retain full ownership of my own project, ideas, and code. I agree not to distribute or share course materials, recordings, templates, prompts, or internal resources outside the program.6. ConfidentialityIf accepted, I agree not to share other participants’ ideas, projects, or personal information outside of the program. The bootcamp environment is private and confidential.7. Technology RequirementsI understand that acceptance into the program assumes I already have, or will acquire as directed, the necessary computer, internet access, software, and AI tools required for participation. I agree that I am responsible for obtaining these tools and for any associated costs or subscription fees.8. Results DisclaimerI understand that acceptance into the program does not guarantee any specific financial, business, or performance outcome. My results will depend on my effort and participation.9. Coaching AccessIf accepted, I understand that async support, community access, and 1:1 sessions are provided within reasonable boundaries set by the instructor.10. Payment AgreementI understand that if I am accepted and choose to enroll, I will be responsible for paying the full program fee as listed on the checkout page at the time of enrollment.
